How accurate are the AI-generated responses?

Account & Billing

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing Settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my credits when I cancel?

For one-time purchases, your credits remain valid until their expiration date. For subscriptions, you can use credits until the end of your billing period.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

How do I get a refund?

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact support at support@mailkea.com to request a refund. Credits used will be deducted from the refund amount.

How many emails can Mailkea handle?

Mailkea can handle unlimited emails. Email organization is free and doesn't consume credits. Only AI-powered features like response generation use credits.

Does Mailkea work in languages other than English?

Yes! Mailkea supports multiple languages including English and Chinese. The AI can read and generate responses in the language of the email you're replying to.

What's the difference between credits and subscription?

Credits are used to access AI features (image generation, response generation, etc.). Subscriptions give you recurring credits each billing period, while one-time purchases give you credits that expire after a set time.

Technical Support

The AI response generator isn't working

Make sure you have enough credits. Check your credit balance in the top right corner. If you have credits but it's not working, try refreshing the page or contact support.

My email account won't connect

Try these steps:

  1. Make sure you granted all permissions when connecting
  2. Check if your email provider requires app passwords (Gmail, Outlook)
  3. Disconnect and reconnect your account
  4. Contact support if the issue persists

Emails aren't syncing

Check your internet connection, then click the Refresh button in your inbox. If emails still don't sync, go to Settings > Email Accounts and click 'Re-sync'.

Mailkea is slow or loading slowly
